I’m starrie,

I’ve been living with ME that keeps me mainly housebound for around 5 years. I only got an official diagnosis around april 2018... before that I was constantly told to ”push through” the pain & fatigue I had. Needless to say, for anyone who knows anything about ME/CFS, it made me much worse as the years went on... So now I’m finding out as much as I can about self-care and pacing - trying to get my PEM ”under control” (if there is such a thing!). I’m excited to meet fellow spoonies and make new friends. :)

Oh, and I am a complete and utter crochet addict! Things take a lot longer than they used to (brain fog and fatigue both contributing to this) but I feel a huge amount of achievement when I do finish the project(s) I’ve worked on for months/years! <3
