Delivery FAQs

When is my order posted?

For now, all orders are posted on Mondays only (Where the Monday is a bank holiday, we will post either on the Friday before or the Tuesday).


So for example, if you order after 1pm Sunday or on a Monday it will not be posted until the following week as all items are taken in the morning. If you have any questions about that then send a message to clarify.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes! If you'd like to send a Spoonie Village order direct to somebody as a gift, just let us know in the 'Note to seller' box at the checkout, along with any message you'd like us to include for them. If you wish to do this, please make sure that you put the correct delivery address for your order before purchasing, since Spoonie Village will not be held liable for any gift orders sent to the wrong address.

Do you combine postage?

Postage is listed and if buying multiple items then it should automaically generate a total postage costs for you whole order. However if this doesn't happen just let me know and we'll look into it.

Do you ship internationally?

Of course! However please note the postage costs given are for standard international post, if you would like to tracked then please contact us before buying as it will be an additional cost.

How long will I have to wait for my order?

UK – Although it is usually about 2-3 working days (after dispatch) before your Spoonie post lands on your doorstep, please allow up to 5 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive.

INTERNATIONAL - Please allow 15 to 21 working days after dispatch for your order to arrive.
International delivery is by standard airmail, which means no tracking. If you would prefer tracking that option is available in the shipping section at check out, however this will increase costs.

 

 

**Please be aware - if any orders sadly go astray we have to allow time for it to be returned to us before I can replace or refund them**
